  Buffering, Freezing or other Issues try these simple steps to fix problems…

   Fire Devices

   Full Cleaning do all steps 1-9

  Quick Clean steps 2-9

   1.  Unplug you modem, router and device for a few minutes, then plug them back in and allow them to boot back up.

    2. Go to setting middle right of the screen ⚙️ or very top right on your Home Screen, and click it.

    3. Click Applications.

    4. Open manage Installed Applications.

     5. Click on each Application and click force stop and Click clear cache ( do not clear Data, that’s where your username and passwords are stored) 

           Also delete any apps you don’t use or have a subscription to, it will free up valuable memory and fix many problems.  

     6. Then click back twice or until you are back at your settings screen or click the home button then click on settings again.  

     7.  Then select My fire TV, then click About, then check for Updates, do all the updates then click the home button.  

     8.  Start your iptv app.  Again and refresh all data or all channels and refresh guide.

    9.  That should fix your issues. 

          You can also Go in to the iptv app settings and Try a different stream format for live tv Use MPEGTS or .ts and add the VLC player for movies and series.

  Android Devices

     Unplug you modem, router and device for a few minutes, then plug them back in and allow them to boot back up.

     Go to settings then to apps.  

     1. Force stop the app

     2. Clear the cache…not the data or you will have to log back in.  Also delete any apps you don’t use or have a subscription to, 

          it will free up valuable memory and fix many problems.

     3. Start your iptv app.  Again and refresh all data or all channels and refresh guide
